Art & Drama
We have an outstanding art and drama teacher. You can see the quality of the art instruction any time you visit by looking at the walls which are decorated with creative and detailed art displays. These displays cover a variety of artists from many different cultures and ethnicities. Mrs. Wolff uses a multi-disciplinary approach that includes poetry, music, and literature in her art lessons. She is also the drama teacher. Students in kindergarten through fifth grade have one six-week drama unit per year. Sixth graders have a drama class weekly and seventh & eighth graders can choose drama as one of their fine arts electives for two days a week.
