Physical Education Philosophy
Physical Education provides experiences that promote total fitness, sportsmanship, and encourage life long physical activity. The curriculum includes an introduction to seasonal sports and a knowledge of rules. The Physical Education program incorporates units covering the Archdiocesan health curriculum.
