Pope John XXIII School

ways to give

You Can Join Our Mission

  1. Major Gifts:  2007 marks the seventh Annual Fund Drive.  We have worked hard to attract donors willing to provide monies beyond the operational costs in our budget.  We are blessed by many  contributors who support  us.  We currently remain in a debt-free situation   and generate funds supporting our library and resource center, the technology program and our state-of-the arts, Junior High Science Lab. ($250 or more)

  2. Endowment Fund: The  commitment to  the future of Pope John XXIII School provides an on-going financial source for the school.   This fund was created in 2004 and continues to grow with the school. Contributions can be made to the endowment in a variety of ways: including cash gifts, appreciated securities, real estate, bequests, or trusts.  Please contact us for further information.

  3. Scholarships:  Pope John XXIII School provides partial scholarship      assistance through the parish and the yearly Scholarthon drive.  In addition, several endowed scholarships have been set up in memory of departed friends of our school. Whether one is establishing a scholarship or contributing to the Scholarthon fund, students benefit directly from these gifts through tuition assistance.

  4. Planned Giving: Another opportunity supporting the continuing work of educating the children of God at Pope John XXIII School is planned giving. Planned giving can be done in a variety of ways and should be a part of one's financial plan. Opportunities include remembrance in a will, a bequest, a living trust, an insurance policy or stock or bond assignment. These options provide both the giver and the receiver a tax benefit and secure income before the gift.

  5. Other Ways of giving: Pope John XXIII encourages donors to consider Gifts In-Kind,  Matching Gifts, and Memorial Gifts as other ways to support the mission of the school.

Here are other ways that you and your family can contribute to Pope John XXIII School and ensure a quality education for all children.
